Sports

  • All students interested in participating in athletics at Hueytown Middle School for the 2020-2021 school year, will be REQUIRED to create a Dragonflymax account.

    Parents will be required to create an account as well. 

    DO NOT CREATE MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS.

    The Dragonflymax forms must be 100% complete before students are allowed to participate in any summer activity. Hueytown Middle School athletic participation forms are on-line at  .

    The AHSAA has announced that current physicals will be accepted through July 26, 2020. Please make plans to see your primary care provider to complete a physical if needed. Physicals must be completed on the Revised 2018 form.
